All research summaries, architectural frameworks, reward function designs, and sim-to-real transfer methodologies presented on dealclose.digital are the exclusive property of DealClose Digital. Unauthorized reproduction of our reinforcement learning structures for commercial redistribution is strictly prohibited.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to review content for informational purposes. This does not constitute a transfer of title or intellectual property rights regarding our proprietary autonomous vehicle navigation algorithms or industrial control systems.
Usage Limits

Limitations of Liability for
Autonomous Research Advice.
Reinforcement learning models are inherently probabilistic. DealClose Digital provides research summaries and architectural guidance as-is. While we prioritize algorithmic transparency for industrial auditability, we do not guarantee specific safety percentages in physical deployments. Final model validation and safety-critical overrides remain the responsibility of the system operator.
Governing Law
All agreements and disputes arising from the use of dealclose.digital are governed by the laws of the Province of Manitoba and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
Dispute Resolution
Any legal proceedings shall be conducted exclusively within the courts located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada.

Module: SIM_REALLinks to third-party scientific repositories or simulation software are provided for research continuity. DealClose Digital does not control these external environments and is not responsible for the accuracy of external reinforcement learning libraries.

04 / Termination of Terms
